CONE FILTER
Conical FiltersWhen brewing with conical filters, the Origami dripper will push the filter into the centre and all for water to bypass the coffee bed and fall directly into the coffee. Due to the increased bypass you are able to achieve a much faster flow rate and in-turn allows you to grind your coffee finer and extract higher.

WAVE FILTERS
Wave FiltersBrewing Origami drippers with a wave filter will allow the folds of the coffee filter to wrap around the Origami drippers folds and once wet, create a seal between the dripper walls and the filter paper.
This creates a much slower draw down and overall less bypass in your coffee, creating a fuller bodied coffee.
