A limited edition Origami dripper designed for coffee enthusiasts, using high quality Japanese Mino-Yaki ceramics and traditional indigo dye craft. The name Sukumo comes from the raw materials used in indigo dyeing presenting a unique blue pattern. Each dripper is a unique artwork.
The makers of ORIGAMI designed it for home brewing, to enable anyone to make great coffee without fuss or complicated gear and for it to look absolutely fantastic on your counter top.
The 20 ribs give great heat distribution, create air channels helping keep the brewing smooth and clog-free, which gives you superb control over the flow rate. And just like the original Origami Dripper you can use both conical coffee filters and flat bottom wave filters.
Origami Dripper Sukumo Size:
The Origami Dripper Sukumo is available in 's' size ( small ), This dripper can be used with 155 flat bottom filters and 1-2 cup / 01 size conical coffee filters.
The Origami Sukumo is compatible with all of the different Origami Dripper Rings and accessories.

CONE FILTERS
Conical FiltersWhen brewing with conical filters, the Origami dripper will push the filter into the centre and all for water to bypass the coffee bed and fall directly into the coffee. Due to the increased bypass you are able to achieve a much faster flow rate and in-turn allows you to grind your coffee finer and extract higher.

WAVE FILTERS
Wave FiltersBrewing Origami drippers with a wave filter will allow the folds of the coffee filter to wrap around the Origami drippers folds and once wet, create a seal between the dripper walls and the filter paper.
This creates a much slower draw down and overall less bypass in your coffee, creating a fuller bodied coffee.
