The Hario V60 Switch Dripper has been a long time fan-favourite with many home coffee brewers and cafes looking for an easy to use pour over option for their cafe. Now Hario has released their newest ceramic variant of the Hario V60 Switch dripper.
Ceramic is similar to glass but has a higher heat retention meaning you once you pour hot water into the dripper the ceramics will start to remove the heat from the water. Because of this we strongly recommend preheating this brewer with hot water before brewing. This heat retention can also work in your favour if you're brewing multiple coffees back to back in a cafe as your dripper will remain hot from the previous brew.
Once you are happy with your brew time simply flick the switch to allow the coffee to draw down and filter into your cup/ vessel.
