Pour Over

Pour over coffee is cherished for its gentle taste and straightforward technique, loved by many for it's clean and rich flavours present in your cup.
To brew pour over, we suggest starting with a few basic tools: a hand grinder to freshly grind your beans, a simple dripper like the Hario V60, paper filters to ensure a clean tasting brew, a kettle for precise water control, and a set of scales for accurate weighing of your variables.

    CONE FILTER

The most popular design of pour over coffee drippers is the conical brewers. These are usually at a 60º angle and are usually a cheaper when comparing to flat bottom wave drippers and wave filters.

    WAVE FILTERS

Brewing Origami drippers with a wave filter will allow the folds of the coffee filter to wrap around the Origami drippers folds and once wet, create a seal between the dripper walls and the filter paper.
This creates a much slower draw down and overall less bypass in your coffee, creating a fuller bodied coffee.
