Origami Dripper

The makers of ORIGAMI designed it for home brewing, to enable anyone to make great coffee without fuss or complicated gear and for it to look absolutely fantastic on your counter top⁠. 

The 20 ribs give great heat distribution, create air channels helping keep the brewing smooth and clog-free, which gives you superb control over the flow rate.⁠ And just like the original Origami Dripper you can use both conical coffee filters and flat bottom wave filters.

Origami x Hario Server

This ORIGAMI server is based on the famous HARIO server, the only manufacturer of heat resistant glass in Japan. A glass handle is attached to the server to create a sense of unity, and the ORIGAMI dripper stands out with its simple elegant design.

The shape of the server with a bulged bottom makes it easier to assess the aroma, and is frequently used in coffee competitions around the world. This is a server that is easy to use in a cafe or the comfort of your home.

NEW Origami Wave Filters

The ORIGAMI Wave Filters have a small wave angle and fits the 20 ribs of the Origami Dripper. The gap between the dripper and filter is narrower compared to other coffee filters which prevents hot water from escaping from the sides, resulting in high extraction efficiency, lower water bypass and a robust flavour and shorter extraction times.

    CONE FILTERS

    When brewing with conical filters, the Origami dripper will push the filter into the centre and all for water to bypass the coffee bed and fall directly into the coffee. Due to the increased bypass you are able to achieve a much faster flow rate and in-turn allows you to grind your coffee finer and extract higher.

    WAVE FILTERS

    Brewing Origami drippers with a wave filter will allow the folds of the coffee filter to wrap around the Origami drippers folds and once wet, create a seal between the dripper walls and the filter paper.
    This creates a much slower draw down and overall less bypass in your coffee, creating a fuller bodied coffee.
