The Brewista Smart Glass Dripper is designed for effortless, balanced pour over coffee. Featuring a flat bottomed design for even extraction, double walled tempered glass for superior heat retention, and a non slip silicone base, it’s built for both function and style.
Glass offers a unique style of heat retention and interaction with the filter paper compared to other materials, Brewista have made this a dual wall to retain the heat retaining properties of glass and also keep the outer dripper cool to the touch.

How to Brew Brewista Smart Dripper:
- Place a filter in the dripper and add 20g of medium ground coffee.
- Bloom with 50ml of hot water and wait 30 seconds.
- Pour the remaining 250ml of water in 4 seperate pours in slow concentric circles.
- Let it drain and enjoy a smooth, well rounded cup.

Although it is important to know that some coffee tastes better at a lower or higher ratio and that numbers are just a guide. -

Depending on a range of different factors your pour over coffee might be really quick and only last 1 minute or can last up to 10 minutes. Most pour overs generally take around 2-4 minutes and consistently long pour overs may be a result of stalling.
