This Hario V60 Dripper is made from quality ceramics and coated in a matte black finish.

This dripper is available in size '02' and is suitable for making 1-4 cups of coffee

Unlike the plastic 02 dripper the ceramic material is very dense and needs to be pre-heated, simply do this by pouring some hot water onto your brewing setup before adding your coffee grinds, this doesn’t only preheat your brewing set up but also washes out the paper filter to ensure there is no paper taste.

We highly recommend using a kettle with a gooseneck and a set of coffee scales to consistently brew your coffee the same every time.

This V60 is super simple to use, and accommodates for beginner brewers as well pour over masters!

Included in the box is:

1x Hario V60 Dripper 02 - Ceramic - Matte Black

1x Hario coffee scoop

Suitable Filters:

Hario V60 02 x100Pk

Hario V60 02 x40Pk

Cafec Roast Profile filters (4Cup size)

Cafec Abaca Papers (4Cup size)

  • POUR OVER RATIO

Generally Pour Over and Filter Coffee have a water to coffee ratio of 1:15.
Although it is important to know that some coffee tastes better at a lower or higher ratio and that numbers are just a guide.

  • POUR OVER BREW TIME

Depending on a range of different factors your pour over coffee might be really quick and only last 1 minute or can last up to 10 minutes. Most pour overs generally take around 2-4 minutes and consistently long pour overs may be a result of stalling.

  • WATER FOR POUR OVER COFFEE

The hotter your water is the higher amount of extraction will occur. Put simply, this is all you need to know but when it comes down to dialling-in your coffee you can change your water temperature to change the flavour of your coffee.

  • BREW METHODS

The method, technique and overall recipe you use to brew your pour over coffee is known as your 'Brew Method'.
Depending on how many pours your use, the level of agitation when pouring and the brewing equipment you use will all determin how your coffee will taste.
