Hario is renown for it's 60º angled design with the large hole in the middle and spiral ridges around the edges designed to lift the filter paper off the walls of the brewer. It's this combination that produces a remarkable brew!
Start making pour over coffee with our range of compatible filters.
To achieve the best flavour, wet the paper filter first, add the coffee grounds (medium grind) and pour in a circular motion, over the freshly ground coffee. A gooseneck kettle is recommended for accuracy and control.
The full Hario V60 range is available in various sizes 01, 02 and 03 and in a variety of finishes from plastic, ceramic, glass, copper and the new elegant glass & olive wood series.

POUR OVER RATIO
Generally Pour Over and Filter Coffee have a water to coffee ratio of 1:15.
Although it is important to know that some coffee tastes better at a lower or higher ratio and that numbers are just a guide. -
POUR OVER BREW TIME
Depending on a range of different factors your pour over coffee might be really quick and only last 1 minute or can last up to 10 minutes. Most pour overs generally take around 2-4 minutes and consistently long pour overs may be a result of stalling.
