The graycano dripper is the first dripper made out of aluminium with a high-end technology coating.

Furthermore, the graycano‘s double wall cylinder helps maintain the heat in the inner conical wall, retarding its loss to the ambient temperature, which sustains even more a temperature consistency during brewing.

The unique V-shaped structure (the Lava Ribs) has many functions and was carefully engineered so that through the combination of this functions the perfect extraction is achieved. The spiral form and position of the ribs reinforce the natural flow of the water. However, unlike many drippers, the structure of the graycano was designed to break any air and water channel that might form. The water is allowed to freely flow between the gaps of the V’s and break these channels. Resulting in an evenly wet coffee bed – assuring an even extraction.

Last but definitely not least function of the V‘s are a natural water agitation. Through the asymmetric ribs, the water self agitates and this agitation allows for a more intense flavour extraction and body of your coffee.

The Graycano Sleeve is made from a high quality, Vegan cork that is both recyclable, wear resistant and offers additional protection when handling your dripper. Each Graycano dripper includes 1 Cork Sleeve in black however we also sell these sleeves individually in Black, Red and Raw colour.

  • POUR OVER RATIO

    Generally Pour Over and Filter Coffee have a water to coffee ratio of 1:15.
    Although it is important to know that some coffee tastes better at a lower or higher ratio and that numbers are just a guide.

  • POUR OVER BREW TIME

    Depending on a range of different factors your pour over coffee might be really quick and only last 1 minute or can last up to 10 minutes. Most pour overs generally take around 2-4 minutes and consistently long pour overs may be a result of stalling.

  • WATER FOR POUR OVER COFFEE

    The hotter your water is the higher amount of extraction will occur. Put simply, this is all you need to know but when it comes down to dialling-in your coffee you can change your water temperature to change the flavour of your coffee.
