Delter Cold Drip Coffee Recipe:

1. Add 40 grams of coarsely ground coffee to the basket.
2. Add an AeroPress paper filter on top of the coffee grounds, this works as a dispersion screen so that the water evenly saturates the bed of ground coffee.
3. Pre-wet the paper filter and coffee grounds with a small amount of water.
4. Place the first tray on top and fill with 200mL of water.
5. Observe the water begin to drip over the coffee.
6. Repeat the process with the remaining two trays, reaching a total of 600mL.
7. Cover with the lid and let it brew for 4-5 hours on the bench or in the fridge.
8. Enjoy your delicious cold brew coffee, serve over ice, add milk or come up with your own recipe!

How long will Cold Brew / Drip coffee keep?

While your cold brewed coffee will taste best fresh you can actually keep your coffee in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! 

What Grind Size Should You Use?

On a Comandante C40 MK4 we had best results at about 30 Clicks, this is around a 900 micron grind size. While this worked best for us and the coffee we were using you make need to adjust this dial in your coffee.
