At the heart of the Pietro is a 58mm flat burr set, available in either the  Multipurpose or Pro Brewing configurations. These burrs are made from high-grade M340 steel and are vertically mounted, a design that promotes even feed and reduces retention, a unique feature rarely seen in manual coffee grinders. This vertical burr geometry enhances grind consistency and clarity in the cup, especially for complex single origin coffee brewing.

The grinder’s retractable handle offers smooth operation and folds neatly for compact storage. Its anti-slip rubberised base ensures stability during grinding, whether you're dosing for a delicate pour-over or a high-pressure espresso shot.

All components in contact with coffee are made from certified food-safe materials, including an internal anodised aluminium chamber and POM components for reduced static and minimal retention. As well as this when the pietro is closed the entire unit is air tight to prevent oxidation and possible water damage to the internals.
