To celebrate the launch of HARIO Meteor Filter Papers, We've teamed up with HARIO to release these in a very unique way. The first 20 eligible orders placed on the Basic Barista website during the promotion period will each receive 1× HARIO Meteor Filter Paper pack included in your order. 

Promotion Details

Start: 9:00am AEST, 1st September 2025 
End: When all 20 units have been allocated or 11:59pm AEST, 30th September 2025, whichever occurs first.

How it works (first‑come, first‑served):

  1. Place an eligible order on thebasicbarista.com during the promotion period (see “Eligibility” below).
  2. If you are among the first 20 eligible orders, the filters will be packed with your order automatically. (Note, you have to add the filters to your cart for the 100% discount to apply).
  3. Once the 20 units are exhausted, we will update this page to notify you that this promotion has closed.

Eligibility

To qualify for the promotion you must meet all of the following:

  1. Purchase a HARIO product in your order (any HARIO product sold on the Basic Barista website qualifies, you can find all eligible products on our HARIO Collection).
  2. Add 1x Hario Meteor Filters to your cart 
  3. Use the discount code ' FREE METEOR FILTERS ' at checkout.
  4. Place your order on thebasicbarista.com within the promotion period.
  5. Wholesale orders are not eligible.
  6. One free pack will be sent out per order. Multiple eligible orders from the same customer are permitted, subject to remaining stock.
  7. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned will forfeit the filters.

Important: HARIO items purchased during this promotion will not be accepted for change of mind returns. However this does not apply defective or damaged items that fall under manufacturer warranty. 

Allocation & Fulfilment

  • Allocation is strictly for the first 20 eligible orders recorded in our system by timestamp.
  • The bonus will ship with your order. If logistics require separate dispatch, we’ll send it at no extra charge to the same Australian address used for the order.
  • Bonuses are not transferable, substitutable or redeemable for cash or credit.
