2025 Christmas Cut Off Dates

Want your order to arrive before Christmas 2025?
Below are the recommended order cut-off dates for Australian customers.

We ship using both Sendle and Australia Post (choosing the best option for each parcel). To keep things simple and safe, we’ve based these dates on the longest delivery time frame across both carriers.

💡 We’ll keep packing and sending orders right up until 24 December, but orders placed after the cut-off dates below may arrive after Christmas.

Holiday Closure Dates

To give our tiny team a break (and a lot of coffee), Basic Barista will be closed over Christmas.

  • 🎄 Last day of dispatch: Wednesday 24 December
  • 💤 Closed: 25 December - 1 January
  • 📦 Shipping resumes: Friday 2 January

You’re very welcome to place orders during this time - they’ll be packed and sent once we’re back on deck.

A Few Extra Notes

  • All dates above are guidelines only based on our carriers’ Christmas schedules.
  • Once parcels are lodged, delivery times are in the hands of Sendle and Australia Post.
  • Bad weather, carrier delays, and unexpected events can occasionally cause slower delivery, especially to remote areas.

If you’re unsure which option to pick or you need something by a specific date, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best shipping option.
