We would comfortably say that Seven Seeds Coffee Roaster is the most thoughtful and transparent coffee roast in Melbourne Australia.

Their CBD Cafe Brother Baba Budan is a great Melbourne Cafe that has great people, tasty coffee and a wide range of retail coffee beans as well as coffee gear (including the Aji Filter).

ElParche Coffee Roasters - Coburg

We love ElParche Coffee, our history with ElParche has been long and fruitful, trying a washed Colombian coffee for the first time was exciting but paved a path for myself in the exploration of coffee.

ElParche is a Colombian coffee roaster and has recently opened up a cafe in North Coburg. I have never had a bad coffee and really love their no thrills seasonal espresso blend.
