Hario V60 Mugen 滴头是 Hario 发布的最新滴头,旨在适应单次冲泡风格。与传统 V60 相比,V60 Mugen 具有光滑的表面,并带有可升离滤纸的翅片,从而实现了更快的提拉速度(总冲煮时间不到 2 分钟)。
V60 Mugen 滴头由透明有色 AS 树脂制成,支架由聚丙烯材料制成。该滴头是扁平的,并且没有折叠,该滴头具有小得多的星形形状,有助于将咖啡向下漏斗。
单次倒入配方:
- 将过滤器折叠到折痕上,然后从中心开始冲洗并向外倒出,确保丢弃这些水。
- 在 Comandante 上敲击 20 次左右时添加 20 克咖啡。
