Golden Monkey Black Tea Yunnan
This black tea is produced early in spring, farmers pick the tea leaves and then process the leaves by hand.
Farmers pick the leaves collecting only one leaf and one bud, when dried these leaves create a small rounded shapes that resemble 'monkey paws' hence the name.
This tea is Camellia, Sinensis and was grown and processed in Yunnan, China.
Brewing this tea in a Gaiwan or Teapot we recommend using 2-5g and water at around 90-95ºc
This tea is light and honey-like with warm nutty aromatic and very little bitterness, This black tea can be drunk with milk however we strongly recommend having this one black ;)
